Fropack Rugged Cases

We, at Fropack Industries, have the necessary capability and expertise to design and manufacture various kinds of storage and transit cases made in plastics and Fiber Reinforced Plastics (FRP). The storage and transit cases can be customized as per the requirement of customers and along with the inner cushioning foam packing, which we also manufacture, we are able to offer a complete end to end packaging solution for our customers. For our defence and aerospace customers, we design and manufacture the storage and transit cases as per MIL Standard, CEMILAC Standard or any other equivalent standard as specified by our customers. The selection of technology i.e. injection moulding, rotational (roto) moulding, hand layup, RTM, Vacuum Assisted Resin Infusion Process etc. for manufacturing the storage and transit cases depends on number of factors such as environmental conditions in which the products will be used, operational conditions, weight considerations, strength required and economic feasibility i.e. number of cases required (whether for prototype or bulk production). We also have the capability to design and develop moulds (tools) for the range of products that we offer.
